We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, the return process is simple and we're just an email away.
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging, including any jewelry boxes or pouches

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (a printout of order confirmation email works)

Not marked final sale
We reserve the right to decline to process returns that are not in resaleable condition.
How to Initiate a Return
You can initiate returns from your Orders page link in your confirmation email, or by visiting https://account.shopcardamom.com
Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that for items received that are not in unworn and resaleable condition, or in cases we deem to be abuses of the return policy, we reserve the right to decline or appropriately adjust the refund amount to cover additional restocking expenses (refinishing/reprocessing) and shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please request in-store credit during the returns process. You can access your available credit at https://account.shopcardamom.com.
Refunds
Once our partners receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Unless you're opting for in-store credit, we do charge a 15% restocking fee. This covers the additional expenses we incur on returns, covering our costs for things like refinishing and shipping the orders back and forth.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and the refund has not yet processed, please contact us at care@shopcardamom.com.
Final Sale Items
Custom or personalized items or items marked as final sale on their product page are final sale and not eligible for return.
