Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all jewelry orders within the United States.

Our creation process takes 4-6 weeks typically from your order to when you receive your gift, but since we are obsessed with quality (we want you to love every bit of your new jewelry), if its not just right the first time around, we do repeat the entire process. So while that's rare, please allow 8-12 weeks for your order to get to you. Every Cardamom piece is thoughtfully and carefully made. We promise it's worth the wait!

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped, but we'll be trying our best to keep you updated along the way.

Shipping Methods

We select the shipping carrier at our discretion, most often USPS or UPS, to ensure reliable delivery. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3-5 business days after shipment.

Signature Requirement

To protect your purchase, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders. Please ensure your delivery address is one where you or someone you trust will be available to sign. Cardamom cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once proof of delivery has been provided by the carrier.

Shipping Insurance

Shipments will be insured during transit. This insurance is during transit only. If your package is lost in transit, we should be able to assist. Please contact us at care@shopcardamom.com if you believe your package was lost in transit.

Shipping Locations

We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, wherever USPS or UPS delivery is available.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.
